This website does not collect study answers or accept files or payments. Your light or dark preference is stored in your browser.

Regional pricing

To show your regional price, our hosting provider, Google Cloud, estimates your country from your internet connection. The pricing page uses that country code; it does not request your precise location. You can choose another country or region. That choice lasts for the current page and is not saved.

Practice and study information

Practice happens in ChatGPT, which has its own data practices. Coglen's service handles information supplied through its tools, including study scope, answers and feedback. The final policy must describe the actual fields, recipients and purposes in the deployed service.

Customer feedback

The intended feedback exchange lets you see what was shared with Coglen and Coglen's response. It does not require sharing your unrelated ChatGPT conversation.

Automatic deletion after a period of inactivity is not enabled. Coglen retains your sign-in profile indefinitely.

Approved policy targets

These are approved requirements. They await implementation and provider verification and are not guarantees of current service behaviour.

• Provide a notice and choices to return, download data or delete before any future automatic removal of inactive learning data. This is not enabled.
• Provide self-service downloads as a ZIP containing original uploads, answers, feedback, progress and account details, with readable and machine-readable records.
• Let learners delete individual materials or a subject’s learning history themselves, explaining any effect on progress estimates.
• Provide self-service account deletion through Coglen with optional export, clear confirmation and an accessible cancellable countdown. Account deletion cancels future billing.
• Stop using deleted data immediately when deletion commits. Complete active-system removal within seven days, with deletion progress available through your retained sign-in profile.
• Expire deleted data from backups within 30 days. Previously deleted data may return during exceptional backup restoration, as explained below.
• Keep operational logs for 30 days, excluding study answers, feedback and file contents by default.
• Keep only required billing or legal records separately from learning data, with verified retention periods disclosed before launch.

Sign-in and deletion progress

Self-service deletion of learning data through Coglen is not available yet.

Coglen retains your sign-in profile indefinitely, including after your learning data is deleted. The profile keeps your original account creation date and a record of your deletion request. Self-service deletion of learning data and automatic removal of that data are not available yet.

Removing a profile through Clerk is separate from removing Coglen study records. It does not establish that study records or other provider copies have been deleted.

Exceptional backup restoration

If we need to restore a backup to recover from data loss or corruption, data you previously deleted may be restored. This may also restore your account’s earlier status, including removing its deletion record.

Subscription cancellation preserves learning data. Account closure and deletion of study data are distinct actions. Deleting Coglen data does not delete conversations held by ChatGPT.
