Service terms are being prepared for review. This development page does not ask you to accept an agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Coglen. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use Coglen.

Service operator

Windy Road Technology is the service operator.

Approved terms requirements

The following requirements are approved. Service capabilities await implementation and verification; this remains a development draft.

Study materials

Only supply material you own, that is in the public domain, or that you may upload and process under a licence, permission or applicable legal exception. Public availability alone does not establish permission.

Use legitimately released past papers and worked solutions only where permitted. Do not supply leaked exams or confidential assessments, bypass access restrictions, or redistribute material without permission.

Ownership stays with the existing rights holder. Coglen needs only permission to store and process material for your private study. Public redistribution, use for other learners and model training require separate permission.

Follow your institution’s assessment rules. Coglen supports practice and learning; it does not authorise prohibited assistance.

Ending use

Coglen does not charge during beta. Paid subscription cancellation and access through a paid period are not current service capabilities. Account closure, self-service export and deletion remain approved requirements awaiting implementation and verification. Export is optional.

Sign-in and deletion progress

Self-service deletion of learning data through Coglen is not available yet.

Coglen retains your sign-in profile indefinitely, including after your learning data is deleted. The profile keeps your original account creation date and a record of your deletion request. Self-service deletion of learning data and automatic removal of that data are not available yet.

Exceptional backup restoration

If we need to restore a backup to recover from data loss or corruption, data you previously deleted may be restored. This may also restore your account’s earlier status, including removing its deletion record.

Free only during beta. After beta, one monthly price per user. Unlimited subjects and questions. See the price for your country or region
